YOGA:-

Yoga is a centuries-old discipline that includes physical postures, meditation, and deep breathing. A regular yoga practise can improve endurance, strength, tranquilly, flexibility, and overall well-being. Over the last few decades, yoga has become a worldwide phenomenon. What began as a contemplative practise thousands of years ago in the East has now developed into a contemporary lifestyle trend worth billions of dollars. This is due to its adaptability—yoga may be practised and benefited by people from many walks of life. Many celebrities swear by this physical and spiritual discipline, and even those who don't do it appear to know someone who does. Practitioners frequently use words like serenity, quiet, balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation to describe their experiences. Yoga is a Sanskrit term that means "yoke" or "unity." To yoke implies to bring together, tie together, or join together. Its goal is to unite or yoke the body, intellect, soul, and global awareness. Yoga practitioners achieve deep levels of freedom, tranquilly, and self-realization by combining the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual elements of themselves. Yoga is a centuries-old system of physical, mental, and spiritual practises that have been passed down from teacher to student. Breathing techniques, postures, relaxation, chanting, and other meditation approaches are all part of yogic practises. There are several yoga types, each with its own distinct purpose and strategy to achieving a state of unity.
